At Strive Sports and Health, our rehabilitation programs are built for people who want to come back from injury and stay back.
We bridge the gap between early recovery and full performance with progressive, individualised loading tailored to your body and your goals.
What is
Rehabilitation
Where recovery meets performance
Rehabilitation is the structured process of rebuilding strength, mobility, and confidence after injury, surgery, or time away from training.
It picks up where hands on treatment leaves off, progressively loading tissue so you return to sport and daily life ready for what you ask of it.
Our Approach
We combine assessment, targeted loading, and ongoing progression to build capacity that lasts.
Assessment of your current capacity
Guided loading and technique work
An individualised, progressive program
Ongoing review and progression
Common Conditions We Treat
Injury, surgery, or a stretch out of training can leave you short of where you want to be. A structured program closes that gap.

-
It depends on your injury, your goals, and how your body responds to loading. After your initial assessment, we'll map out a program and give you a realistic timeframe, then adjust as you progress.
-
No. Rehabilitation programs suit anyone building capacity, whether you're recovering from injury, returning to sport, or working to reduce your risk of future injury.
-
A thorough assessment, an individualised exercise program, guided loading and technique work, and regular reviews so the program progresses with you.
-
It works alongside both. Rehabilitation programs are led by qualified practitioners and focus on progressive, evidence informed loading to restore capacity, bridging the gap between hands on treatment and general training.
