Our Cancellation Policy

To help us manage our schedule and provide the best care to all patients, our cancellation policy is as follows:

24 Hours Notice Required

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $60 late cancellation fee.

Peak Time Policy

Appointments before 9:00 AM or after 4:30 PM are considered peak times and are in high demand.
Late cancellations within 24 hours during these times will be charged the full appointment fee.
