No. You don't need a referral to book an appointment with our chiropractors or physiotherapists. Simply book directly with our team. If your treatment is part of a WorkCover, CTP, or EPC (Medicare) claim, a referral may be required.
-
The number of sessions depends on your condition, goals, and how your body responds to treatment. After your initial assessment, we'll create a personalised treatment plan and provide an estimate of the recommended number of visits.

Most extras policies cover physiotherapy. The exact rebate depends on your fund and level of cover. We have HICAPS on site so you can claim on the spot and only pay the gap. Bring your health fund card to your appointment.

Your first session runs around 45 to 60 minutes. We'll spend time on your history (what's bothering you, how it started, what makes it better or worse), then move into a physical assessment covering posture, movement, strength, and the specific area of concern. From there we'll talk through a working diagnosis, treatment options, and a plan moving forward. You'll usually leave with hands-on treatment completed and a starting set of exercises to take home.
-
Absolutely. Sports chiropractic and physiotherapy are suitable for athletes of all levels, from weekend warriors to elite competitors. Treatment can help improve performance, prevent injuries, and support a faster recovery.
-
Yes. While we have a strong focus on sports and active populations, we treat patients across all ages and activity levels, from office workers managing neck pain to retirees recovering from joint replacements. The principles of good rehab apply whether you're returning to competition or just to walking comfortably.

Yes, and many of our patients do. Our practitioners share notes and communicate directly about shared patients, so care is coordinated rather than duplicated. We often recommend combining services when it's genuinely useful, for example pairing manual therapy from one practitioner with structured strength work from another.
