Meet Tammy

Women's Health Physiotherapist who's passionate about helping people move with confidence, get back to doing what they love, and feel their absolute best.

I've always known I wanted a career where I could make a real difference. After years of playing sport (and picking up a few injuries along the way!), I found my passion for Physiotherapy, a career that perfectly combines my love of movement, sport, and helping others.

While I enjoy treating people from all walks of life, my biggest passions are Women's Health, sports rehabilitation, and using Pilates to help people recover, rebuild strength, and stay active. Whether you're navigating pregnancy or postpartum recovery, dealing with pelvic floor concerns, returning from injury, or chasing a new fitness goal, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

One thing I've learnt throughout my career is that no two people, and no two goals, are ever the same. That's why I take the time to get to know you, understand your story, and build a treatment plan that's personalised to your lifestyle, your goals, and what matters most to you. I believe the best results happen when we work together as a team.

When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me on the sidelines as the NRLW Physiotherapist and Head of Female Pathways for the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs. I've also worked with athletes at state, national, and international levels, including Team Australia Emeralds, the Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles NSW Cup, as well as competitors in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and CrossFit. Whether you're an elite athlete or just want to keep up with the kids pain-free, I bring that same level of care, attention, and dedication to every client I see.

Outside of physio, I'm happiest spending time with my fiancé, family, and friends over great coffee and good food, enjoying a walk along the Nepean River, or attempting to improve my golf swing at the driving range before I'm brave enough to hit the course!

My promise to you is simple: I'll listen, I'll support you, and I'll create a plan that's tailored to your goals so you can move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love.
